Healthcare Research Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Shape the healthcare research roadmap and determine key coverage areas and KPIs.
• Leverage proprietary datasets to uncover market trends across healthcare services, medtech, and pharma/biotech.
• Develop forward-looking analyses and industry dynamics reports for investment and corporate clients.
• Communicate actionable insights through newsletters, webinars, and client events.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to refine AI-native research methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data-driven research (equity research, financial analysis, or consulting).
• In-depth knowledge of Healthcare & Life Science sectors including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Digital Health.
• Strong writing and communication skills for synthesizing complex data into digestible insights.
• Proficiency in managing large datasets, with SQL experience strongly preferred.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to automate workflows and increase productivity.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in New York City.
