What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and business case development for partner-specific decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify KPIs, and assess performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Use customer and internal operations data to identify improvement areas and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support business transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process reengineering, and change management.
• Build an understanding of organizational processes, systems, personnel, strategic direction, university partners, marketing channels, and contact center operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and an active student in Spring 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.
• Strong structuring and project management skills, including frameworking, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
