D365 CE – Power Platform Associate Director, Software Development Engineering (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead CRM platform architecture, solution design, and software development lifecycle delivery.
• Manage and guide Software Engineers, Architects, and Test Engineers while overseeing resource planning.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead integrations with Microsoft Azure, legacy systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise services.
• Define architecture standards, engineering patterns, and development best practices.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans, presenting solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software development or architecture, including 3 years in leadership.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in .NET, C#, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong Microsoft Azure cloud and enterprise integration experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, including FDA or HIPAA contexts.
