What you will do

• Partner with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial decisions and business strategy execution.
• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks covering orders, revenue, gross margin, OPEX, and EBITDA.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, P&L bridges, variance analyses, KPI reports, and business review insights.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, operational performance, supply chain drivers, capital expenditures, and ROI across global sites.
• Ensure accurate close processes, reconciliations, financial data, internal controls, and audit support.
• Coordinate data across multiple ERP systems and improve financial planning, reporting, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience with full P&L management, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred, along with multiple data sources and planning tools.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, financial controls, and close processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a global matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in photonics, semiconductor, life sciences, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI and reporting tools.
