Paid Social Senior Media Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage designated paid media accounts end to end, including pacing, optimization, structural updates, bidding, conversion settings, and copy revisions.
• Partner with media supervisors and account managers to define client goals, priorities, efficiency requirements, and campaign strategies.
• Lead client conversations, communicate performance insights, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Design, deploy, verify, and improve monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop assets, messaging, and design concepts that improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand media coverage and increase billing across existing and new accounts.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience, primarily in paid social.
• Required expertise with Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit Ads is preferred.
• Experience with paid search, programmatic, Google Ads, Bing, or a DSP platform is beneficial.
• Experience managing paid media budgets above $100,000 per month and driving strategy and testing.
• Strong client communication, reporting, problem-solving, project ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced spoken and written English is required.
