Associate Technician - Shipping/Receiving & Distribution (Diagnostics)

Location: On-site in Hebron, Kentucky, United States; 2nd shift.

What you will do

• Receive and store products, reagents, instruments, and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while verifying quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product part numbers.
• Complete and maintain order documentation.
• Reconcile inventory, perform cycle counts, and complete assigned data entry.
• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and power jacks.
• Support routine problem-solving and lean and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb multiple times during an 8–10-hour shift and perform repetitive standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, gripping, and grasping.
• Ability to operate or cross-train on powered equipment and work in multiple facility areas as needed; steel-toe shoes and site PPE are required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience working overtime or across different departments.
