People Services Payroll Officer

Location: Diegem, Belgium; hybrid work with 3 days on site and 2 days home office per week

Salary: €52,000–€69,333 per year

What you will do

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly payroll in compliance with Belgian legislation and company policies.
• Support employees and stakeholders through the People Services platform.
• Manage employee lifecycle services from onboarding through retirement.
• Improve and automate People Services processes.
• Contribute to local and global People Services projects in collaboration with the hub in Budapest.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• IT literacy, especially with Excel.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
