What you will do

• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
• Work with reporting data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.
• Support reporting across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
• Explain complex reporting concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to challenging client projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Story Reporting and complex reporting solutions.
• Good knowledge of the listed SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of reporting concepts, data governance, and permissions.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, or similar analytics platforms.
• German language skills.
