Mid-Level Oracle HCM Developer (HR Systems and Data Analysis)

What you will do

• Develop, customize, and implement Oracle HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices.
• Analyze HR data models and processes to identify improvements and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently and maintain system stability and performance.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Support HR data analysis and reporting for workforce decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Good understanding of HR processes and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• French at C1 level and English at B2 level are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SQL queries and data structures.
