What you will do

• Provide hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO during the S/4HANA rollout, including fit-gap analysis and testing.
• Ensure financial processes adhere to internal and external compliance standards.
• Manage post-go-live support, including incident resolution and process optimization.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment during design and deployment.
• Support operational FI/CO tasks to maintain business continuity during the transformation.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation within the GBS framework.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Business Informatics.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO within project or transformational environments.
• Strong expertise in core Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Assets, Closing) and Controlling.
• Understanding of integrated logistics flows (FI/MM and SD/FI/CO integration).
• English: C1 proficiency required; German skills are a strong advantage.
• Flexibility for occasional business travel.

• Experience in global or matrix organizations.
• Familiarity with shared services (GBS) environments.
