SAP SD Consultant (SAP FI/SD)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Support S/4HANA SAP finance solutions covering accounts receivable, payables, and travel expense processes.
• Collect, prioritize, reproduce, analyze, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system.
• Provide functional and technical support, including end-user guidance and interface monitoring.
• Identify and resolve issues between SAP and non-SAP systems such as SupplyOn, Taulia, KDS, and HighRadius.
• Design, customize, test, and deliver small FI/CO system evolutions and participate in integration testing.
• Coordinate with headquarters product and development teams, maintain documentation, and improve support processes and ticketing tools.

Requirements

• Experience in finance and IT, with a good understanding of P2P, O2C, and travel expense processes.
• Basic technical skills in data extraction, file exchanges, SAP databases, and interfaces with cloud solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/SD customizing and the ability to navigate complex application architectures.
• Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce, and resolve incidents, supported by strong analytical and fact-finding skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer orientation, relationship-building skills, and team spirit.
• Negotiation-level English and the flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
