SAP FICO Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Support and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across hirify.global entities and subsidiaries.
• Maintain SAP Finance operations, analyze incidents, implement change requests, and keep product documentation current.
• Analyze current finance processes, identify gaps against the SAP S/4HANA Finance core model, and customize target solutions.
• Plan and execute unit and integration testing, data migration, and project lifecycle activities through go-live.
• Coordinate multifunctional teams and translate Finance requirements into processes and IT solutions.
• Improve the stability, reliability, quality, performance, automation, and compliance of hirify.global Finance systems.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance and/or IT.
• Background in accounting and management accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP implementation and support, including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Good understanding of Finance business processes, including R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Negotiation-level English is required.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
