Sr Director, Client Services, Call Center

Location: US Remote, with approximately 20% travel throughout the United States and 10% international travel.

Salary: $116,600–$324,800 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Execute patient services strategies for affordability copay call center programs.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of patient services programs for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
• Act as the primary contact between clients and internal stakeholders while identifying business opportunities.
• Ensure client services teams are staffed, trained, and deployed effectively.
• Use program reports and operational analyses to identify insights, improve patient experiences, and guide consultative client discussions.
• Direct customer service and production or fulfillment activities through managers and team members while monitoring revenue, profitability, quality, and operational progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in patient support services.
• Experience developing and managing leaders, building teams, and cultivating a positive culture.
• Understanding of insurance coverage and payment through public and private insurers, patient support offerings, quality, and compliance.
• Experience with call center operations, business continuity events, consultative client management, and complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix environment.
