hirify.global is recruiting for a facade structural engineering role supporting project delivery and construction supervision.

What you will do

• Manage facade construction supervision projects and oversee technical and commercial aspects.
• Resolve complex issues during detailed design, construction, and remedial work on existing projects.
• Conduct facade diagnosis, factory, and site inspections and prepare reports.
• Coordinate testing and visual performance mock-ups.
• Update construction checklist templates and monitor facade standards and codes of practice.
• Guide junior team members and provide line management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in facade design and engineering is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and provide technical guidance.
