What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers across the full lifecycle of Databricks deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect secure, scalable cloud environments covering networking, private connectivity, identity, and compliance.
• Automate complex infrastructure with Terraform and cloud-native infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Build custom technical solutions, support competitive engagements, and contribute to platform adoption and consumption growth.
• Collaborate with solution architects, field engineering, delivery teams, and partners on complex customer requirements.
• Provide structured product feedback and contribute to customer-facing workshops, content, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Strong expertise in cloud security, IAM, enterprise identity, federation protocols, cloud networking, private connectivity, and deployment management.
• Experience with platform administration, high availability, disaster recovery, observability, auditing, and cloud cost management.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and PySpark/Spark, including live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Knowledge of distributed data systems, scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Databricks certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or platform administration.
• Professional-level AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake, cloud-native data services, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or other competitive platforms.
• Background in a data, AI, or cloud provider company.
