Site Reliability Engineer - Platform (Azure)

What you will do

• Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant architectures using microservices, containers, and serverless cloud-native services.
• Define and operationalize SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical applications and platforms.
• Build and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code for repeatable and compliant deployments.
• Develop automated remediation and self-healing capabilities to reduce MTTR and improve resilience.
• Establish enterprise monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks using Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and Azure Application Insights.
• Drive FinOps cost optimization, support disaster recovery and business continuity execution, and embed reliability practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa or work authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with source control platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages, plus Power Platform, DevOps, monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting.
