Print Lead EMEA

What you will do

• Own the growth and performance of Canva Print across EMEA, translating regional revenue goals into plans and measurable results.
• Identify opportunities across markets, products, print partners, and customer experience.
• Lead new product, partner, and market launches from opportunity through execution and learning.
• Manage production partners and improve quality, fulfilment reliability, commercial economics, and customer experience.
• Use data and customer insights to identify issues, improve performance, and build scalable operating processes.
• Represent EMEA Print across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Happiness.

Requirements

• Significant experience in print, manufacturing, ecommerce, supply chain, marketplaces, or another operationally complex multi-partner environment.
• Experience owning regional or commercial outcomes such as revenue, margin, customer experience, or operational performance.
• Experience launching products, markets, suppliers, or partner capabilities across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect operational decisions with growth, economics, and customer outcomes.
• Deep experience managing external partners and improving performance through standards, data, and accountability.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in European print, customised products, ecommerce, or distributed manufacturing.
