Continuous Improvement Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Analyze current-state processes and implement solutions that optimize financial and business operations.
• Design efficient, controlled, and scalable future-state processes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex operational problems.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations for improvement recommendations.
• Build cross-functional relationships, facilitate workshops, and support alignment on initiatives.
• Implement change management, training, communication, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, project management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger processes.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, structured problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or an equivalent discipline.
• Consulting experience.
• French and English bilingualism.
