Founding Program Director, Bachelor of Business Administration - Agribusiness (Agribusiness)

What you will do

• Lead the development and ongoing growth of the BBA Agribusiness concentration.
• Teach multiple primarily undergraduate courses each semester through face-to-face instruction.
• Develop courses and curriculum for the Agribusiness program.
• Support recruitment and increase the program’s visibility within the regional community and agricultural industry.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, industry partners, community organizations, students, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in university and professional service, with possible travel and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree in business or agribusiness.
• Relevant industry experience in agribusiness.
• Ability to meet SACSCOC, AACSB, and university academic credentialing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to supporting students from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including students with disabilities.

Nice to have

• Earned doctorate in business or agribusiness.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education.
