What you will do

• Develop trusted relationships with corporate leaders and strategic partners.
• Identify opportunities to help organizations address complex business challenges.
• Design and deliver customized executive education solutions.
• Manage executive-level client engagements and contribute to business development.
• Partner with faculty to create practical, research-informed learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams and help build systems, processes, and a work environment for a growing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development, adult learning, leadership studies, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
• Experience in executive education, consulting, higher education, learning and development, professional services, business development, or corporate leadership.
• Business acumen, curiosity, collaboration, initiative, and a strong commitment to service.
• An MBA or another relevant graduate degree is preferred for many leadership positions.
