What you will do

• Support primary care physicians and deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Escort patients, prepare exam rooms, and maintain clinical supplies and equipment.
• Review patient information, collect vital signs, perform blood draws, administer injections and immunizations, and assist with procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, specialist visits, medical record requests, check-in, and check-out activities.
• Document accurate patient data, process test results, and communicate results according to provider instructions.
• Participate in patient outreach and help identify and address gaps in care.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant or related program.
• National or state-specific Medical Assistant certification or registration where required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
