What you will do
- Define and own architectures for PMIC and advanced DC/DC converter products across multiple programs.
- Drive architecture trade-offs, operating modes, startup and shutdown sequencing, and system boundary conditions.
- Lead architecture reviews and guide the transition from architecture definition to design execution.
- Develop and maintain low-level and system-level models using Simplis and related tools.
- Analyze stability, transient response, fault behavior, and corner cases to reduce silicon risk.
- Provide technical guidance during silicon validation, system-level debugging, and cross-functional design reviews.
Requirements
- Strong experience with PMICs, DC/DC converters, or mixed-signal power systems.
- Experience defining and analyzing architectures for power management products.
- Familiarity with Simplis and Simulink modeling tools.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across analog design, digital, verification, validation, test, applications, and product engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and architecture reviews.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced power converter programs or emerging Multi-Level Converter topologies.
- Familiarity with multi-rail power systems and power sequencing.
- Experience supporting silicon bring-up, validation, and root-cause analysis.
