Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the product analytics strategy and roadmap in alignment with business and product priorities.
• Build scalable frameworks for product success metrics, ROI measurement, attribution, and performance management.
• Partner with product leadership on market opportunities, product structure, pricing, value propositions, and portfolio expansion.
• Design and deliver analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting for product performance, client reporting, and decision-making.
• Standardize and integrate data from Epic, claims sources, and third-party vendor platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Data & Insights, Technology, and application development teams to align product design, data capture, and reporting logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with product organizations, clinical programs, or data-driven business functions.
• Experience working with complex data ecosystems, including EHR systems, claims data, and third-party platforms.
• Required experience with SQL, business intelligence, executive presentations, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.
• Strong understanding of ROI methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, product success metrics, analytical problem-solving, and executive communication.
