Growth Analytics Manager (Payment Integrity)

What you will do

• Lead market, competitor, and regulatory analysis for payment integrity solutions and provide insights to Product.
• Build analytical tools, reporting, executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Develop healthcare analytics offerings and demo materials covering payment integrity, medical cost management, value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/Star ratings.
• Partner with Sales on product demos, RFPs, proposals, and executive-level customer presentations.
• Forecast revenue from the sales pipeline, identify market opportunities, and model deal margins, revenue, and costs.
• Support pricing strategy by analyzing product costs, implementation data, payer reimbursement methodologies, claims trends, and medical cost drivers.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in a healthcare-related company, with deep hands-on payment integrity experience required.
• Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies, claims data, medical cost trends, and payment integrity concepts including pre-pay and post-pay audit, DRG validation, coordination of benefits, and fraud, waste, and abuse detection.
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare data and analytics used by payers.
• Experience building and presenting executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Clear, polished, empathetic communication and confidence in high-stakes sales conversations, RFPs, and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
