Internal Governance Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate trading partner records in OpenTWINS.
• Review new trading partner submissions and update requests, checking required information and documentation.
• Complete first-line due diligence checks and refer relevant matters to Compliance.
• Maintain and improve trading partner process guidance documents.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, Compliance, and other control functions to support consistent onboarding decisions.
• Improve governance, controls, auditability, and operational efficiency, with opportunities to support market security procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with counterparty onboarding, preferably in insurance broking or financial services.
• Experience using OpenTWINS.
• Understanding of market security procedures, security ratings, rating agencies, and market rating monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and a clear audit trail.
• Collaborative approach when working with business stakeholders, Compliance, and control functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
