Salary: $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead all day-to-day operations as the primary contact for staff, residents, families, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
• Maintain resident retention and satisfaction by addressing resident and family concerns and protecting resident rights.
• Drive meaningful contacts, leases, occupancy, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Manage budgets and cash flow while anticipating and minimizing negative variances and deficits.
• Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees in accordance with corporate policy; lead staff meetings and manage support and management roles.
• Maintain all local, state, and federal licenses and represent the community in social, civic, and professional organizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and marketing or business management experience; senior housing experience is preferred.
• Professional communication and listening skills when working with residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Strong management skills and the ability to work harmoniously with staff.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and frequently.
• Active driver's license.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
