- Lead and manage Operations Supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor KPIs, set targets, and drive continuous improvement strategies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Anticipate operational challenges and opportunities and apply proactive solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Proven experience managing teams.
- Previous sales experience and a background in sales and/or digital marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
- Results-driven approach with a strong customer focus.
