What you will do
- Organize and control documents, spreadsheets, departmental reports, and administrative materials.
- Enter updates and requests in internal systems and monitor administrative processes and demands.
- Support communication between departments and respond to internal requests.
- Schedule meetings and organize calendars.
- Assist departmental teams with routine administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- Completed high school education.
- Currently pursuing a technical degree or higher education in Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to organize multiple demands and quickly learn corporate tools and systems.
- Basic knowledge of internal customer service and administrative support.
