Client Coordinator (Packaging)

Location: Remote, based in Poland or Bulgaria

SGS & Co and SGK are uniting to form SGX, delivering packaging graphics, plate and cylinder production, and metal deco services to brand owners, retailers, and printers.

What you will do

• Coordinate artwork creation and modification projects for global dermatology packaging.
• Connect affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Graphic Design teams.
• Manage artwork development, review, and approval processes from initial brief through production.
• Plan and monitor project timelines across multiple markets, business units, and production sites.
• Identify potential issues early and support continuous improvement of project execution.

Requirements

• Background in artwork, packaging, graphic production, or project coordination.
• Strong organization and proactive approach to coordinating complex projects.
• Ability to work with different teams, markets, priorities, and production sites in an international environment.
• Ability to ensure accurate, timely delivery aligned with global strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in Poland or Bulgaria.
