Location: On-site in Kinston, North Carolina, United States. The role requires walking through office and production areas, working around flight lines and airstrips, occasional travel domestically and overseas, and sometimes working outside hangars.

What you will do
- Define and drive the Operating System deployment roadmap and architecture for a new production line.
- Advise senior management on operational priorities, manufacturing standards, performance improvement, and AOS/MES benefits.
- Facilitate workshops, Gemba activities, macro value-stream mapping, Kaizen initiatives, and shop-floor exercises.
- Lead industrial maturity assessments, diagnoses, task forces, solution definition, and implementation.
- Design and deliver AOS, Lean, change-management, and on-the-job coaching programs for management and technician populations.
- Transfer knowledge, promote best practices, and build local team autonomy in continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Five-year degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience with the Operating System, Lean, or operations, with demonstrated sustainable results.
- Strong knowledge of industrialization principles, manufacturing processes, production management, and industrial systems implementation.
- Experience managing projects with multifunctional teams and financial aspects.
- Proven coaching and training skills, leadership, assertiveness, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available unless specifically stated.

- Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
