PT | Lead Data Analyst (SQL/Python)

What you will do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights.
• Develop data reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Define and monitor data models, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Apply basic statistical analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms and data pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Pandas, PySpark, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modeling, KPIs, business metrics, and basic statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish are mandatory; the role is remote but based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning concepts, CI/CD, Git, and data pipelines.
