IT Senior Data Analyst (Power BI/SQL)

What you will do

• Lead and improve analytical programs, presenting insights to business unit, category, and regional leaders.
• Analyze granular business data and apply advanced analytical models to answer and anticipate critical business questions.
• Own large-scale applications, products, services, projects, or foundational technologies end to end.
• Shape operating frameworks and define the evolution of the area while ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
• Influence technology decisions and lead teams, contributing hands-on when required.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to improve business priorities through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with data management, data modeling, and visualization using Databricks, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning, econometrics, operations research, statistics, or root-cause diagnostics to business problems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
• Product or project management experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, prioritization, and product adoption.
• At least two relevant IT roles and experience managing or influencing people or organizations to achieve significant IT outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate data lakes.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and experience in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across business and technology decisions.
• Product management training or certification.
• Friends of Data Science, Friends of BI Builder - Power BI, or UX BASIC certifications.
