TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL) (Data Analytics): Identifying key metrics, building dashboards, analyzing user behaviour and marketing funnels with an accent on fraud detection, data modelling, and automated data flows. Focus on designing data pipelines, evaluating business hypotheses, and finding opportunities to improve user-related processes.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; Workplace: Hybrid
Gross salary: €3,800–€5,000 per month, plus team and individual performance bonuses. A different salary may be discussed based on skills and competencies.

What you will do
- Identify key metrics and create reports and dashboards to track performance.
- Monitor metrics and user behaviour to identify fraud or suspicious activity.
- Create automated flows to flag and ban suspicious users.
- Analyze marketing funnels and build pipelines to ingest and enrich marketing data.
- Automate processes, evaluate user tendencies, and perform ad-hoc analyses.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data modelling, ideally using dbt or SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or Grafana.
- Ability to raise and evaluate hypotheses about business performance.
