Talent Acquisition Partner (Biotech)

Location: Fully remote; work from a home office or another suitable remote location. Standard working hours are established with the hiring leader and may be adjusted to meet business needs.

Salary: $103,000–$117,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, talent-market insights, job requirements, and team needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with current or future openings.
• Provide data-driven search updates and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Improve recruiting processes, automation, programs, systems, tools, employer branding, and ATS tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or a high-growth company.
• Experience filling a broad range of roles with speed and quality.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools.
• Ability to use AI and other tools to enhance and automate recruiting work.
• Strong recruiting metrics, pipeline reporting, communication, time-management, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for clinical, diagnostics, or genomics roles.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and diversity hiring strategies.
• Experience with a New York State-licensed laboratory.
