Technical Content Lead (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere. Quarterly team trips are organized, mainly in Europe.

What you will do

• Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar for the blog, integration pages, and comparison content.
• Build a content function focused on organic signups and pipeline growth.
• Recruit, brief, and manage freelance and in-house writers covering marketing data, analytics, and integrations.
• Edit and quality-check content for technical accuracy, brand consistency, and customer relevance.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution to optimize content performance.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling content programs at a software or martech company, with measurable growth results.
• Technical fluency in API integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and related data concepts.
• Experience leading or managing writers and freelancers, including briefing and editing.
• Strong understanding of SaaS marketing and the needs of marketers or analysts.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Experience writing for data, analytics, or marketing-technology audiences.
• Basic SQL knowledge for BigQuery and Snowflake content.
