What you will do

• Create and update clear, concise country-specific content explaining compliance-related changes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and global teams to resolve ambiguities and maintain content accuracy.
• Support cross-functional compliance go-to-market projects and operational initiatives.
• Audit and improve existing knowledge resources using analytics and feedback.
• Design templates, guidelines, and scalable documentation solutions.
• Use internal AI tools to improve content discoverability and synthesis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a technical or compliance writer, or 2+ years in customer support, learning and development, operations, content, or communications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory and operational information into user-friendly content.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Figma, or similar tools, plus hands-on experience with everyday AI productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing knowledge bases for SaaS or Fintech companies.
• Background in legal, regulatory, or compliance writing.
• Experience with remote or distributed teams across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Experience creating content for global, multilingual audiences.
