What you will do
- Develop best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing products.
- Design implementation plans for engagements spanning multiple product segments.
- Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations and integration services.
- Advise on strategic and complex services projects, including hands-on technical implementation.
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to define architectural vision and guide client solutions with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry and extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains.
- 5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise middleware, REST and other APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with Boomi.
