Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Chicago, Illinois; remote candidates are also considered in other locations across the United States.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and guide them through evaluating and adopting Databricks.
• Drive technical strategies for data-driven business transformation and deeper adoption of ML and AI.
• Build networks of technical champions and align account stakeholders around Databricks solutions.
• Establish and lead virtual teams, while mentoring other team members.
• Present compelling technical points of view to executives, influencers, and key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Successful pre-sales experience helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
• Experience with very large accounts exceeding $1 million ARR and global enterprise organizations.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience establishing virtual teams, building executive relationships, and leading technical initiatives.
• Strong value-selling, technical account management, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
