Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, integration flows, and implementation plans using CDP, data workflows, connectors, and APIs.
• Configure solutions and develop data pipelines, integrations, workflow automations, and identity-resolution capabilities.
• Advise customers on data ingestion, transformation, governance, security, compliance, scalability, and performance.
• Architect AI/ML-driven use cases including segmentation, predictions, customer journey orchestration, and personalized marketing.
• Collaborate with engagement managers, solutions consultants, data engineers, QA, client stakeholders, and technology partners through successful go-lives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing large-scale data solutions, ideally in SaaS, martech, adtech, CDP, or enterprise cloud environments.
• Experience designing complex data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, integrations, and workflow automations.
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and identity resolution.
• Experience with segmentation, analytics, personalization, activation, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; strong client communication and consultative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud, data engineering, or solution architecture certifications.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or AI agents into customer data and analytics platforms.
• Experience building chatbots, workflow automation, or agent-based orchestration solutions.
• Familiarity with Treasure Data or similar enterprise CDP platforms and advanced martech/adtech stacks.
