Site Contract Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland; construction site in the Gdansk area

What you will do

• Advise site management on customer contracts, consortium agreements, and subcontracts during large-scale EPC project execution.
• Support change order processes and review or draft contractual correspondence.
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual factors for project-specific claim strategies.
• Prepare and support incoming and outgoing claims through project records, factual analysis, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to establish entitlement to quantum and extensions of time for arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.
• Supervise or perform quantum and delay analyses related to project schedule and scope impacts.

Requirements

• Long-term experience in contract and claim management, contract analysis and drafting, or a related legal, commercial, or project background.
• Strong knowledge of international EPC and construction contracts, including FIDIC, Orgalime, NEC, and MF1.
• Fluent Polish and English required for negotiations; German is beneficial.
• Academic or professional qualifications in a technical field, business administration, law, or quantity surveying.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project, site, and legal teams and with international contractual partners.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally; knowledge of valuation, bills of quantities, unit rates, re-measurement, scheduling, or project controls is welcome.
