Contract Negotiator (Clinical Trials)

Location: Home-based in Poland; Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 105,900–196,600 annualized

What you will do

• Support start-up contracting activities for sponsors, clinical studies, and multi-protocol programs, including pre-award work.
• Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text, and maintain contract and budget templates.
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional and country teams to deliver project scope.
• Provide operational and financial contracting support for clinical trial business development, initiation, and maintenance.
• Maintain CTMS records, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Report contracting performance, support contract analysts and managers, and ensure compliance with quality and project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, including demonstrable contract negotiation experience.
• German language skills required.
• Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH, applicable regulatory requirements, SOPs, and corporate standards.
• Strong technical writing skills.
