Senior Fraud Risk Strategies Manager (Fintech)

Location: Scottsdale, with hybrid work; positions in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York require regular office collaboration. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $129,000–$161,000 per year in Phoenix or Chicago; $154,000–$193,000 per year in New York or San Francisco. Additional discretionary incentive plan and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Manage risk platforms, models, rules, signals, and systems while developing internal risk capabilities.
• Analyze risk results and system performance, provide reporting, and recommend improvements.
• Develop platform requirements and coordinate Risk Services work and product roadmaps with Product.
• Work with Fraud Operations to tune systems, identify new signals and rules, and define requirements.
• Manage relationships with fraud product vendors, including enhancement requests, issue resolution, and technology assessment.
• Coordinate and guide Technology, Architecture, and Risk interfaces with full autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of relevant experience in fraud and risk-related positions.
• Strong experience in risk analytics, risk strategy management, product management, and managing risk models.
• Detailed knowledge of industry risk management capabilities, tools, and models.
• Strong communication, presentation, business acumen, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%; successful background and drug screening required.
