Mid-Level Software Engineer-Fullstack (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within close proximity to a hub in Bloomington, Illinois; Richardson, Texas; Tempe, Arizona; or Dunwoody, Georgia, and work partly from the office.

Salary: $85,500–$98,000 per year, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 14% of base salary.

What you will do

• Support and enhance customer-facing applications used throughout the digital claims process.
• Design and build applications using modern programming languages and industry-standard frameworks.
• Own product features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across the application stack and support reliable production performance.
• Collaborate with product, business, cross-functional, and engineering stakeholders.
• Contribute to product direction, exceptional user experience, inner-source practices, documentation, and code discoverability.

Requirements

• Mid-level full-stack software engineering experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with AWS Native and ROSA.
• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, and Java.
• Understanding of SQL, Linux, public cloud environments, containers, routing, state management, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Curiosity, collaboration, ownership, documentation, and willingness to learn through code reviews and work with senior engineers.
• Must be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately; hirify.global will not sponsor U.S. work authorization.
