Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within 30 miles of an office in Lincoln, Nebraska; Centennial, Colorado; Madison, Wisconsin; or Brownsville, Texas. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance are required.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive end-to-end web applications.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Rust.
• Integrate large language models into applications with the Artificial Intelligence team.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, speed, and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure with Terraform on AWS.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Amazon EKS while collaborating with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind, ShadCN, TypeScript, and NextJS.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Rust, AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Experience integrating and deploying AI models, particularly large language models, in applications.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance.
