Associate Consultant - PCS Implementation Services

What you will do

• Contribute to strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks that improve patient adherence, compliance, retention, and study experiences.
• Work in project teams to deliver strategic materials applying behavioral science and technology to patient workflows and experiences.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative coding and analysis to generate insights and prepare reports for clients and executive leadership.
• Help create reports and deliverables with subject-matter experts, including UAT, usability testing, and monitoring of patient experience data.
• Support the development of intellectual property and assist with business development and proposals.

Requirements

• At least one year of consulting or research experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry, or a relevant PhD.
• Analytical, interpretative, problem-solving, communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, business writing, and report writing skills.
• Interest in patient-centered research, clinical outcome assessment, patient-reported outcomes, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, time-management, and commercial judgment skills.
• IT literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural contexts, manage competing priorities, learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma R&D, real-world evidence or data, patient digital technology, or electronic implementation.
• PhD specialization in public health, psychology, health economics, healthcare technology, engineering, or a similar field.
