Group Leader - Global Sourcing

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €70,000 gross per year minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead global sourcing programmes and handle hands-on sourcing responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the sourcing team using a player-coach approach.
• Manage stakeholder demand and prioritize sourcing requirements.
• Track performance and prepare sourcing reports.
• Develop sourcing processes and tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing or strategic procurement.
• Experience in team leadership and international work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English required; a CV in English is requested.
• Knowledge of category management methodologies, supplier management, and contract management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with strategic thinking.
