Cost Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Berlin, Germany — hybrid working

Salary: €50,000–€80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the commercial and contractual performance of construction projects.
• Deliver value-for-money outcomes in line with business objectives.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates and perform procurement and post-contract duties.
• Apply established commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
• Comply with environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical cost management.
• Experience in CSA cost management and data centre projects.
• Technical or project delivery experience in a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Stakeholder management experience with a focus on developing client accounts.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
