Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; travel of up to 25% across the United States and Canada may be required for industry events, onsite client and project work, delivery, or in-person collaboration at company offices in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN.

What you will do

• Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations using industry best practices and the company methodology.
• Analyze client business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and facilitate joint process design sessions.
• Design, configure, scope, and test core Business Central modules and convert requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Lead data migration planning, execution, and accuracy testing with technical teams.
• Provide client training, post-implementation support, risk identification, and creative solutions to business challenges.
• Estimate work effort, guide and mentor consultants, contribute to internal documentation, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 5–8+ years of consulting or relevant work experience and 3+ years leading implementations.
• At least two full-lifecycle implementations.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to solve complex business requirements and streamline or automate processes.
• Ability to deliver concurrently across multiple projects and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience with the Business Central manufacturing module.
