Syteline CSI Cloud (Contract-Remote) (ERP)

Location: Remote within the United States, with onsite work in New Hampshire once a month and regular travel to Newport, Vermont.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements across end-to-end business processes.
• Analyze ERP systems and manufacturing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain process maps and work instructions for communication, training, and change management.
• Use Infor CSI Syteline expertise to support and enhance ERP functionality.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, vendors, project management, and leadership stakeholders.
• Support ERP ticketing, reporting, KPI tracking, end-user training, and Power BI reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline CSI environment.
• Technical expertise in Infor CSI Syteline ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience focused on manufacturing.
• Understanding of defense manufacturing processes, including master data, order management, production planning, materials, quality, inventory, engineering project management, and finance.
• Experience with requirements analysis and process mapping methodologies, including Visio process flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Power BI report creation from cloud data sources.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Microsoft Office, Teams, JIRA, or Zoho Project.
