Senior Quality Analyst (D365 Business Central)

Location: Fully remote in the UK; unrestricted right to work in the UK required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

hirify.global is recruiting for an established and growing Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering Dynamics 365 solutions to customers across the UK and internationally.

What you will do

• Perform manual testing across Dynamics 365 Business Central customer solutions.
• Validate solutions against agreed requirements and quality standards before release.
• Develop and improve QA and testing processes across the delivery function.
• Identify, document, and help resolve defects and quality improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Support automated testing adoption and continuous improvement across Business Central implementations.

Requirements

• Strong manual testing experience and understanding of QA and software testing processes.
• Previous experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment and with customer-facing solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent approach suited to a remote environment.
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Automated testing experience with Playwright and/or EasyRepro.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in a small or medium-sized Microsoft Partner environment.
